This unit is no ordinary elliptical machine. The ProForm 1050E has a Super Ramp. This feature expands the traditional elliptical motion by allowing users to increase and decrease the trainers incline and stride length. Doing so mixes up the workouts and lets users target different muscle groups.

ProForm elliptical model PFEL09909 has built-in iFit Workout Card technology. Purchase iFit Workout Cards that target specific workout routines. These cards will guide users with the voices of certified personal trainers to specific exercise goals. It's a great way to experience an interactive and fun workout.
